French 75 recipe:
- 2 ounces of Prosecco (or Champagne!) ⠀
- 2 ounces of Gin – I used Bombay Sapphire
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup⠀
- 3/4 ounce of freshly squeezed lemon juice⠀
- Lemon twist + rosemary for serving
