Top 5 In Flight Travel Essentials

Flying long distances can be quite daunting sometimes.  Whenever I fly, I try to set myself up for success so I’m not counting the minutes until we land.  I’ve included a list of my top five travel essentials below that help me pass the time during each flight.  Hopefully these travel essentials help you on your next adventure as well!

  • Eye Mask – Packing an eye mask in your carry on allows you to get some sleep during your flight which helps your flight progress faster!

  • Electronic Device (Laptop or iPad) – When I’m on a flight for more than 3 hours, I normally pay for the in-flight WIFI so that I can get some work done.  This always helps the flight pass quickly and I’m able to get work done at the same time, a double benefit! I’d recommend bringing an iPad or Tablet if you’d like to read a book and/or surf the web as well.

  • Headphones – Headphones are a must.  I use mine to listen to music and cancel out noise when I’m trying to get some shut eye.  I love my wireless powerbeats.

  • Fosmon Neck Pillow – Although I don’t sleep well on flights, if I sleep at all, it’s because of my Fosmon memory foam travel neck pillow.  It has the perfect amount of support and comfort to help me catch little naps during my flights.  The neck pillow also comes with a mesh liner than can easily be washed along with a bag that the neck pillow can be rolled up to pack in your suitcase and/or backpack.

  • Face Spray – I always feel groggy and sleepy after a long flight.  Using a facial spray helps wake you up, leaves your face feeling refreshed and revives your make up so you’re ready to take on your next destination.
