Working out has always been a part of my daily routine – partly because it’s a huge stress reliever for me and it’s just something that overall makes me feel good! If I notice that I am extra stressed (insert cranky wife), it’s likely because I skipped a workout. It’s crazy what releasing endorphins does for your body and sleep cycle. When I am not attending a group exercise class (which are my absolute favorite), I am creating a workout that involves the whole body, HIIT exercises or specialized muscle groups. I have to change things up every so often so I don’t get l a z y. If you have a specific exercise or group of exercises that you enjoy doing, feel free to send them my way so that I can incorporate them into my routine! I’m always looking for fun and effective ways to stay fit + healthy.
